HELP! My weight has reached a new peak. I am now officially fat. My BMI has reached 25.36! I never thought my BMI would ever exceed the 25 border. (Dear friends in far far away land, you might not recognise me now).
The last time I came back from UK i gained 5 kilos. I never really recovered from that. This time round, I gained another 5 kilos in 5 months. That is like 1kg per month. Yaiks. I was not really paying attention to the additional weight until i have to keep 3/4 of my clothes away last weekend simply because i can no longer fit into them. :(
Something definitely needs to be done. I am now officially announcing that I am on diet. The chicago cheesecake at Coffee Beans last nite is definitely the last one, (at least for this month). I really hope I can fit into my old clothes soon.
